Signing up for CIMB Clicks Online Banking just got easier! Just follow these simple steps and you'll be on your way to hassle-free banking. We have improved our registration process so that you no longer need to obtain an e-Pin from the ATM to sign up for CIMB Clicks. All you need is your ATM card and ATM Pin!

For Current/Savings Account holders with ATM/Debit Card or Credit Card customer with ATM Pin

  1. Login to CIMB Clicks 
  2. Click 'Online Registration' 
  3. Select the CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic ATM/Debit Card or CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic Credit Card with ATM Pin to start the registration
  4. Type in your 16-digit ATM/Debit/Credit Card number, followed by your 6-digit ATM Pin. Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the 'Accept' box and click 'Agree & Continue' 
  5. A one-time activation code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number you have registered with CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic. Type in the 6-digit activation code and click 'Continue' 
  6. On the next page, type in your User ID, Password, mother’s maiden name, email address and SecureWord 
  7. You have successfully registered. Please proceed to login

For Non Current/Savings Account holders:

How do I login for the first time?

  1. Click on the 'Login' button
  2. At the CIMB Clicks login page, type in your User ID
  3. The next page will display your SecureWord. Please ensure that it is correct. If it is not, please go back and re-enter your user ID. Please note that your User ID and Password are case-sensitive. If it is still not correct, please check that the website address is correct. If the problem persists, call us at +603 6204 7788.
  4. Type in your Password and click 'Submit'
  5. Check the Transaction Activation Code (TAC) methods and click 'Proceed to Homepage'
  6. Select three security questions and fill in the answers. Please ensure the answers for all 3 questions are different and that they are answers you can easily remember
  7. You have completed the initial login process. You can now enjoy the convenience of CIMB Clicks

What if I forgot my User ID/Password?

  1. Go to CIMB Clicks and click 'Forgot ID/Password'
  2. Select the mode you used when you applied for CIMB Clicks
  3. Type in your 16-digit card number. For other products, type in your account number
  4. Type in your ATM PIN
  5. The next box shows a few characters. Type in the characters
  6. Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the 'Accept' box and click 'Agree & Continue'
  7. Your User ID will be shown on the next page. Proceed to login. If you have forgotten your Password, click 'Forgot Password'
  8. Enter your new Password and confirm the Password in the next box
  9. Key in the TAC and click 'Continue'. Then, proceed to log in

How do I link CIMB Credit Card in CIMB Clicks?

  1. Login to CIMB Clicks.
  2. Go to ‘My Accounts’ > ‘Credit Card’.
  3. Select ‘Link My Credit Card’ from the drop-down menu.
  4. Fill in your 16 digits credit card number and select your CIMB Clicks User ID. Click ‘Submit’ and request TAC for your submission.

Only applicable for principle cardholders.
