	Business owners/directors/partners/sole-proprietorship are not allowed

Requirements:

	Identification Card
	Latest income tax return (EA Form)
	Bank book/ statements showing salary income for the last 3 months
	A recent salary payroll slip with the employer’s name and evidence of salary credited into a bank account
	An employer’s letter (on company letterhead or bearing company chop) confirming job title an income details
