We have partnered with International Currency Exchange (ICE), one of the largest providers of retail forex products with over 300 branches worldwide – and 48 outlets and growing in Malaysia currently. Foreign Currency Dispenser

Travelling overseas soon? Our Foreign Currency Dispenser offers one of the best rates in town with 24 hours currency exchange convenience. Being the first in Malaysia, the ATM machine dispenses 8 major Foreign Currencies - US Dollar, Euro, Australian Dollar, Singapore Dollars, Hong Kong Dollar, Thai Baht, Chinese Renminbi and Indonesian Rupiah.

The service is available to all CIMB ATM cards, CIMB credit cards and selected bank card with MEPS. No fees/service charge for CIMB ATM Cardholders and RM1.00 service fee applicable to selected MEPS Card Holder. Click here for more information.

Remittance Services

Our Bureau de Change also provides a range of remittance instruments which includes Speed Send and Money Gram, etc. Our extended working hours provides better convenience for customers to bank with us, even after banking hours.

Pick & Pack Currency Service

We’ve made it more convenient for you to exchange foreign currency when travelling with the addition of our Pick & Pack service. With our MoU with MATTA, we have partnered with several travel agencies to become CIMB Bank’s authorized agents and are able to provide currency exchange service for their customers, making them a one-stop centre for everything travel, from air tickets, tours, hotel bookings and now currency exchange. Customers are able to collect their currency at the travel agent’s office, or any of our BDCs, whichever that is more convenient.

Bureau de Change Privilege Card

The CIMB Bureau de Change Privilege Card reward customers with preferential rates on foreign currency. This card is offered free of charge to customers who purchase foreign currencies valued in excess of RM3,000 and is valid for one (1) year from date of issue.
