This is an insurance coverage for Amanah Saham loan customers for purchase of ASB or ASN units. Should any unfortunate befall upon you, this policy guarantees that your loan will be settled. It is a reducing term life policy designed to provide coverage for the whole tenure of your Amanah Saham loan.

Features & Benefits :
	The duration and sum assured should be consistent with the financed amount and duration of the approved housing loan, in order to enjoy the full benefits of this product.
	Sum assured payable will be based on the decreasing schedule excluding any defaulted payments.
	There is no survival benefit in case the insured survives the loan term.
	The premium is payable in a single payment and can be fully or partially financed by CIMB Bank Berhad under the same loan for ASB / ASN.
	In addition to death benefits, the rider covers total permanent disability and accidental death and disability due to illness or accident.
	To benefit from the total permanent disability rider, the policyholder has to be continuously disabled for 6 months.
	In case of bodily severance, a lump sum payment of outstanding schedule will become payable.
	Cash Value - In the event of early settlement of the loan, the policyholder has the option of surrendering the policy and receives the cash surrender value. The cash value varies according to the unexpired loan term at the time of settlement.
	Alternatively, you may continue the policy after settling the outstanding loan and have all rights reverted to you.
