This is an insurance coverage for housing loan customers underwritten by CIMB Aviva Assurance Berhad. By taking this up, you will be covered should any unexpected event occur that lead to the disruption of your ability to service the loan. The policy will pay the reducing sum assured as per reducing sum assured schedule in the event of your death or Total Permanent Disability (TPD). This applies to any mortgage you may have or are about to take from CIMB Bank Berhad

Features & Benefits :
	To enjoy the full benefits of this product, the policy term and initial sum assured should be consistent with the financed amount and duration of the approved housing loan.
	MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) - sum assured payable will be based on the reducing sum assured schedule provided.
	MLTA (Mortgage Level Term Assurance) – sum assured payable is level until end of the policy term, which is equivalent to the initial sum assured selected at the beginning of the policy term.
	The premium is payable in a single payment and can either be fully or partially financed under the mortgage if taken from CIMB Bank Berhad.
	This plan provides coverage upon the life assured’s death or the life assured suffering TPD where the reducing sum assured as per reducing sum assured schedule will be payable in one lump sum.
	To be eligible for TPD claim, the life assured has to suffer TPD continuously for at least 6 months.
	Cash Value - In the event of early settlement of the loan, the customer has the option of surrendering the policy and receiving the cash surrender value as determined by CIMB Aviva Assurance Berhad.
	Alternatively, you may continue the policy after settling the outstanding loan and have all rights reverted to you.
