Interested NGOs that want to sign up for CIMB Cares, must submit all documents listed below to a Product Service Unit (PSU) official. Applications are subject to management's approval.
- Certificate from Registrar of Society
- Certificate of incorporation/Rules & Constitution
- Corporate profile
- Form 49/list of office bearers
- CVs or resumes of directors/trustees or key staff
- Latest audited accounts
- Latest bank statement
- Recent activity reports/project reports/newsletters
- Photos of NGO
Note:
i) This is to ensure NGOs fall within the Malaysian government's definition of NGOs
ii) Supporting documents required for application of respective products remain the same.
