CIMB Preferred is the priority banking service from CIMB Bank that offers exclusive lifestyle benefits, special promotions and banking privileges across the region. This exclusive membership is extended to individual customers with an individual total deposit of RM150,000 and above, or individual total deposit and investment of RM150,000 and above, or individual home loan of RM1.0 million and above, or by any other criteria determined at the discretion of CIMB Bank.

  1. Cross-Border Banking Convenience
    As a CIMB Preferred member, you will be given the same recognition and privileges across all CIMB Preferred Centres in Southeast Asia.

    You may establish a CIMB Preferred banking relationship or open accounts at any CIMB Preferred centre throughout the region by just speaking to the Relationship Manager at the respective centre.

  2. Dedicated Relationship Manager
    Expect undivided attention and personalised services from your dedicated Relationship Manager assigned to attend to all your financial needs.

  3. CIMB Preferred Centres and Priority Lane
    At CIMB Preferred Centres, all your banking needs are given prompt and immediate attention – whether you are opening accounts, transferring funds or carrying out other banking transactions. Selected CIMB Preferred Centres also include business centre services for your convenience.

    At CIMB Bank branches where a CIMB Preferred Centre may not be present, just present your CIMB Preferred recognition card to enjoy priority services.
