Report lost or stolen cards
Contact our Call Centre immediately in the event your card is lost or stolen.

Report fraudulent emails or websites
If you have received a suspicious email that claims to be from us, please forward it to callcentre@cimb.com and then delete the email immediately. Please take note that the bank will never send any email requesting customers to click on the link provided in the email
