eStatement is a PDF version of your monthly account statement. You have the option to download it from CIMB Clicks or have it sent to your email. We encourage our customers to be environment-friendly by opting for eStatement!

This zero fee service is secured with the latest security features and can only be accessed via CIMB Clicks.

eStatement is available for the following:

  • Consolidated Statement (only applicable for Private Banking, CIMB Preferred and Prime customers)
  • Current Account
  • Foreign Currency Current Account
  • Savings Account
  • EcoSave Account
  • Fixed Deposit
  • Foreign Currency Fixed Deposit
  • Loan
  • Wealth Management
  • Credit Card

To view eStatement via CIMB Clicks, you will need to:

  1. Login to CIMB Clicks
  2. Select My Accounts > eStatement > View eStatement
  3. Select the month
  4. Download your statement

To view my eStatement via email, you will need to subscribe for the service:

  1. Login to CIMB Clicks
  2. Select My Accounts > eStatement > Email Statement Delivery
  3. Provide your email address and password
  4. Accept Terms and Conditions

Credit card statements will be delivered to you via CIMB Clicks.
