Sun Prestige Health is a plan that covers you from early to advanced stage critical illnesses. It also provides you hassle free access to medical expertise worldwide with full concierge services including but not limited to travel and accommodation arrangements, so you put your mind fully into recuperation and getting ready to embrace every moment life brings.

Sun Prestige Health is a non-participating universal life plan that provides the coverage as follows:

Medical treatment overseas benefit with:

  • RM8 million annual limit and RM16 million lifetime limit in world leading medical treatment with the personalised second medical opinion (upon request) for selected covered conditions/procedures – treatment/surgery and all the medical expenses related to cancer, coronary artery bypass surgery, heart valve surgery, neurosurgery, live-donor organ transplant and bone marrow transplant.

  • Seamless process with full concierge services for you and your companion (or two companions, when the life assured is a dependent child of the policy owner)
  • RM800 per hospitalisation day, up to maximum of 60 days per disability.
  • Follow up care benefit up to 180 days from the last discharged date of a hospital admission

Early stage critical illness benefit and reset benefit.

Early stage critical illnesses (CI) benefit

  • 25% of sum assured will be payable to you upon diagnosis of any covered early stage CI events, subject to a maximum of RM250,000 per life.
  • This benefit is payable only once per life and it shall be deducted from the sum assured, less any indebtedness.

 

Reset benefit (only applicable for early cancer benefit)

  • Reset benefit shall reset the sum assured to 100% of initial sum assured after 12 months being diagnosed with early stage cancer.

High coverage amount on death, total and permanent disability (TPD) and advance stage critical illnesses.

In the event of death, TPD1 or diagnosis of advanced stage critical illness, you or your loved ones will receive:          

                     

i.  100%2 of sum assured; and

                                     

ii.  the value of universal account (UA), less any indebtedness.

Up to RM2 million non-medical limit.

Get up to RM2 million coverage without undergo medical check-up3 upon enrollment.

Maturity benefit

When your plan matures, you will receive the value of Universal Account, less any indebtedness.

1       TPD coverage will expire at the policy monthly anniversary following the life assured’s attainment of age 70 and subject to maximum aggregate limit of RM8,000,000 per life.

2    If you claim this benefit within 12 months of being diagnosed with early stage CI events, we will pay you the benefit amount after deducting payments for early stage CI benefit.

3    Depending on the age and health condition of the life assured.

For the policy owner, the minimum entry age is 18 years old, the maximum entry age is 99 years old.

You have the freedom to decide the policy term up to age 70 or age 80.
