You can change 26 different types of foreign currencies including encashment of Travellers Cheques, and remittance service through Western Union at our Bureau de Change outlets. Through our innovative partnership with International Currency Exchange (ICE), CIMB Bank�s Bureau de Change is able to provide innovative products and services to all its travelling customers. ICE is the world's second largest provider of retail forex products and services at airports, and this enhances our offerings at our Bureau de Change outlets nationwide.

WHAT IT'S ABOUT

Rate Protection Guarantee (RPG)

Rate Protection Guarantee is first of its kind in Malaysia, where we provide a commission free service for a minimum purchase of RM3,000 and above, and we guarantee a buy back of 30% of unspent travel foreign currency at the rate customer had purchased. Customers can change back their unused foreign currency banknotes into Ringgit, upon production of the original receipt at any of our BDC, within 2 months of the purchase. Only one change back allowed per receipt.

Bureau de Change Privilege Card

CIMB ICE Privilege Card is first of its kind in Malaysia rewarding customers with preferential rates on foreign currency. This card is provided to customers free of charge, who purchase currencies valued in excess of RM2,000 or equivalents in foreign currencies. This card is valid for one (1) year.
