Customers are required to fill in:

	To send money form - The sender initiaties the transaction by completing "To Send Money" form or existing Western Union Gold card member will provide the Western Union card and paying the Bank cash to cover the transfer amount plus applicable fees. The Bank immediately processes the transaction..
	To receive money form - To collect the money, the receiver completes a "To Receive Money" form and provides proper identification. The Bank then verify and processes the transaction and pays the transfer aount to the receiver.
