	Why should I talk to the Loan Account Officer?
	A dedicated Loan Account Officer is assigned to each loan account. Loan Account Officer's are there to provide an amicable solution to your problems that you may have with your loan accounts.

	What do I do if I have an NPL account but the account is not listed on the website?
	Please contact us at 03-2080 7143 or 03-2080 7147 and our Loan Account Officer will assist you accordingly.

	Can I negotiate/discuss my loan problems with any loan officers at my nearest Branch?
	Yes you can. The loan officer of the branch will then contact the relevant Loan Account Officer for further discussions.

	Will the Loan Account Officer discuss cases that are currently under court proceedings?
	Yes, he will. However, if the case is already at a bankruptcy or auction stage, actions will be subjected to the court’s/CIMB Bank’s management’s decisions.

	Is this a special offer or a campaign?
	No. This is an ongoing service, designed to resolve financial matters amicably.

	Can I get a discount if I propose an early settlement?
	You are advised to forward your proposal in writing to CIMB Bank’s management for approval.

	What happens if my property has been sold and there is a shortfall amount? Do I call 03-2693 1722 to locate the Loan Account Officer?
	Yes, you should. The Loan Account Officer will then provide you with further instructions and advice.

	What if my father is deceased? Should I call the Loan Account Officer to discuss the loan problem?
	Yes, you may do so. The Loan Account Officer will then guide you accordingly.
